VoterGA Files Emergency Federal Suit to Vacate EAC Dominion Certification
VoterGA announced the filing of an emergency federal lawsuit intended to force the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to vacate the 2019 certification of the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5-A voting system currently used in Georgia.
Garland Favorito highlighted unrefuted expert witness testimony showing the voting system never met 2005 certification requirements for encryption key protection and secure password management. These and other recently revealed security flaws enable undetected remote access to election results.
Garland also overviewed forensic studies supporting the expert testimony and exposed false statements about Colorado forensic reports published by the Colorado County Clerks Association without written approval from any Colorado county clerk.
VoterGA “Show Us the Ballots” Press Conference Fulton County Ballot Cover-Up
VoterGA’s Garland Favorito highlighted the five-year history of Fulton County’s resistance to producing a copy of their 2020 election ballots for the State Election Board, active criminal cases, U.S. Department of Justice criminal and civil divisions and two VoterGA civil suits. He also showed video clips of false statements made by Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts’ in recent interviews and why this cover-up may be the greatest voting rights violation in Georgia history. VoterGA Claim Insists EAC Vacate Dominion Certification
VoterGA Petitioners have joined the DeKalb County Republican Party (GOP) in submitting an emergency petition to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to revoke the 2019 certification of the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5-A voting system currently used in Georgia.
Garland Favorito highlighted unrefuted expert witness testimony showing the voting system never met 2005 certification requirements for encryption key protection and secure password management. These and other recently revealed security flaws enable a “back door” for undetected remote access that can be used to alter election results.
Garland was joined by Dr. Kendra Biegalski, current chair of the DeKalb GOP. Kendra holds a professional engineering license and is well versed in Georgia elections, laws, procedures and the voter roll database. She explained the petition in further detail.
VoterGA Legal Update
VoterGA’s Ricardo Davis and Garland Favorito provided a legal update on active court cases featuring an overview of Ricardo Davis’ appeal in the Curling v. Raffensperger case. The update covered a case on the multi-county destruction of original 2020 ballot images, why Ricardo Davis has standing in the Curling case and the abuse of discretion he suffered at trial in being prevented from presenting his case.
How President Trump’s Executive Order 14248 Impacts Georgia
Garland Favorito walked through sections of President Donald Trump’s Election Executive Order (EO) 14248 to show how each section could impact Georgia and where Georgia has already legislatively accomplished the objective of certain sections. The order more closely enforces existing federal law and lays a foundation that can resolve Georgia’s election security crisis as outlined in VoterGA’s January 7, 2025, press conference regarding the security flaws of the Georgia’s Dominion voting system.
How Pres. Trump’s Executive Order 14248 Can Preserve and Protect the Integrity of American Elections
Garland Favorito provided insight into sections of President Donald Trump’s Election Executive Order (EO) 14248. The order enforces existing federal law and lays a foundation that can resolve America’s election security crisis outlined in VoterGA’s January 7, 2025 press conference.
Topics covered include voting system security, voter roll integrity, voting system certification, preventing foreign interference, prohibiting unlawful use of federal funds. proof of citizenship, eligibility verification, federal assistance for states, and prosecuting election crimes.
The presentation also highlighted key complaints filed against the order by several state Attorneys General and partisan civic groups. Favorito contrasted Constitutional and legal arguments of the complaints and the EO. [slides]
Why America Must Unplug Dominion Voting Systems Now
Garland Favorito presented stunning new evidence explaining why American states, including Georgia, must protect their voters by unplugging their Dominion Democracy Suite 5 voting systems and similar systems.
He used court documents, forensic reports and expert testimony to highlight illegalities, illegitimate certifications, national security issues, vote count failures and undisclosed remote access capabilities that have been exploited during past elections.
He also played a short video of an in-court expert demonstration showing how an authenticated Dominion 5.5 server was hacked to change election results with just six lines of code.

The Fulton School Board District 7 Election Challenge for the May 24, 2022, primary was heard by Judge David Emerson. This is the race where withdrawn candidate Linda Arnold received 3,317 votes without her name ever being printed on any ballot! Judge Emerson denied the defense motion to dismiss.

New Hand Count Evidence Shows Georgia Voting System May Have Added 15% to Raffensperger Vote Totals
What: VoterGA today exposed at their press conference a variety of voting machine counting failures in the Georgia 2022 primary. In Fulton Co., 3,317 votes were given to a candidate who was NOT on the ballot and a candidate who got 48.8% of the votes had 0 votes at 10:12pm. In DeKalb Co. the voting system failed to count 1,800 votes, misallocated thousands of votes to the wrong candidate and picked the wrong “winners” for a runoff. In the Republican SOS race, an unofficial hand count indicates that the system may have added 15% more votes to incumbent SOS Brad Raffensperger’s vote totals.
VoterGA Announces Legal Action after finding 102 GA Counties Cannot Provide Drop Box Videos
What: VoterGA announced today that it has delivered a demand letter to the State Election Board seeking the board to change its drop box video and ballot image retention rules to conform to state and federal law, to seek preservation of all 2020 ballots until pending litigation is resolved and to seek a court order to unseal Fulton Co ballots due to evidence of tampering and destruction of election records.

July 4th Spectacular on Monday, July 5, 2021
On Independence Day weekend we launched an initiative in support of a full Georgia audit that would include physical ballots, Dominion server images and voter eligibility for all Georgia counties. We did this with a VoterGA “float” in the Woodstock parade and a booth at the Woodstock festival that exceeded our wildest expectations. Our float, booth and volunteers were a hit with the crowd at both places! Special thanks to all the coordinators and dozens of VoterGA members who chanted “Integrity, Transparency, GEORGIA AUDIT!” for a full hour as we marched in front of our decorated limo for the entire parade route! “We are pleased that the court has ruled in our favor again for the fifth time. The ruling substitutes Defendants by replacing currently named government organizations with individual board members we named as defendants originally in our lawsuit. It also mooted the Election Board’s attempt to dismiss our case. This continues the string of victories we have had in the case. Those victories include obtaining the original injunction for a protective order on the ballots, conditional approval to inspect ballots, access to ballot images, and the order to unseal the ballots.”

NATIONAL ELECTION INTEGRITY PODCAST-A-THON – Mon. April 19th, 6pm, Atlanta
On Monday, April 19th, the anniversary of America’s revolutionary struggle for independence, VoterGA.org launched a new revolutionary movement for Americans to gain independence from compromised election processes and begin restoring election transparency. We joined forces with our counterparts in Michigan to live stream a first ever national “Election Integrity Podcast-A-Thon”. The purpose is to raise money nationally for our two patriot funded lawsuits that are leading this new revolution. This historic event hosted by Monica Perez and and Garland Favorito was recorded live in Atlanta and many VoterGA members were part of this memorable evening. MARCH 24th GWINNETT HEARING: ON SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTION FOR GWINNETT BALLOT IMAGES (Defendants agreed to turn over images)
VoterGA attorneys have made some good arguments over the years but this performance by Henry Chalmers of Arnall, Golden, Gregory LLP may top the list. Henry demonstrated a total grasp of the facts of the case and then applied the law perfectly to the facts. He took on one the best lawyers the state has to offer in a difficult proposition of trying to get a “no contest” summary judgment against Defendants without a trial. The defense eventually conceded, we have received the ballot images and the only remaining argument is for the court to determine how much in fees the the defense will pay of our attorney.

The conference was a remarkable assembly of America’s top Election Integrity advocates who made dynamic, back-to-back, half-hour presentations for two days in October 2019 at Berkeley, California. At this conference, Garland presented his new Ballot Marking Device white paper based on his study entitled “Unresolved BMD [Ballot Marking Device] Security Threats.”
